The trial starts when you sign in inside ZenHive, not here — which is why there is no card field on this page. Subscribing later takes one click from the app or from your account, and means agreeing to the terms and the privacy policy.
- How does the trial work?
- Download the app, sign in with Google, and Follow Up opens for 14 days. No card is asked for, and nothing happens automatically at the end of it — the paid sections simply close again, and browsing your messages carries on free.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Pro stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then Messages goes back to being free. Nothing is deleted, because there is nothing of yours on our side to delete — your messages were never uploaded.
- Can I use it on more than one Mac?
- Yes. One subscription covers the Macs you personally use. Devices are recorded so that a password shared around an office is visible as one, but there is no device limit to run into.
- Do I need Apple Intelligence?
- Not to use Follow Up. Without it, conversations are ranked by how fast you normally answer each person. With Apple Intelligence turned on, an on-device model reads each conversation as well — which is what tells a thank-you from a question.
- Is my data part of the price?
- No. Nothing is sold, shared, or uploaded — the model that reads your conversations runs on your Mac. The subscription is the entire business model, which is the honest reason it costs what it costs.
